Prize Redemption Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) for Prize Air Tickets of Flights operated by Cathay Pacific
Part 1- Redemption Code
1. Eligible winners in Super Terminal Expo (each a “Winner”) will receive a unique ticket redemption code via an email (“Notification Email”).
2. By using the redemption code, each Winner fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these T&Cs.
3. Each ticket redemption code is only valid for the Winner to whom it is intended to be sent and for one-time usage only.
4. Winner’s passport name is required during ticket.
5. Each ticket redemption code is only available to book ONE (1) round-trip economy class ticket from the origin specified on the Notification Email to Hong Kong, and is only applicable to flights operated by Cathay Pacific (“Ticket”). 6. Once the flight booking is successfully made using the ticket redemption code, the ticket redemption code will be utilized and considered consumed.
7. In the event the winner voluntarily cancels the flight, the ticket redemption code will become void and no longer applicable. Please note that the ticket sponsor will not issue replacement ticket redemption codes under these circumstances.
8. Each ticket redemption code is non-refundable, non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-redeemable for cash or any other item.

10. Each ticket redemption code must be used within the period from 1 July 2024 to 31 October 2024 (inclusive) (“Redemption Period”). Unclaimed Tickets will be forfeited after the Redemption Period.
11. Tickets are valid from 1 July 2024 to 31 March 2025. Blackout period applies.
12. For all origins/destinations, the minimum stay period for the ticket is 2 days, the maximum stay period for the ticket is 7 days.
13. Each Winner must decide all flights and dates of their tickets at the time of booking.
Part 3 – Air Ticket
14. Once a ticket has been booked and issued, it will be deemed that the prize has been claimed. However, if the ticket booking is cancelled and the taxes and surcharges are refunded, it will be considered that the winner has forfeited the prize.
15. Each ticket is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-redeemable for cash or any other item.
16. Changing of the travel date(s) / time(s) is subject to a rebooking fee and seat availability. Changes must be made before the ticketed flight. Please refer to the below rebooking fee per transaction.

17. Each Winner is responsible for any applicable taxes, surcharges and other fees including but not limited to rebooking fees in relation to the Ticket.
18. Tickets are on a bookable basis under this designated fare subclass: O Class Essential Brand, and are subject to embargo periods and seat availability. There are variations to the number of seats for the designated fare subclass that are allocated to a particular flight, and it could be fully booked although seats may still be available in other fare subclasses in the same cabin class of travel.
19. Winners who fail to show up for their flight (“no show”) will be treated as forfeiting their Tickets. Under such circumstances, rebooking is not allowed.

21. Upgrade of travel class via cash is not possible.
Part 4 – Disclaimer
22. Airport Authority Hong Kong reserves the right of final decision should a dispute arise in relation to the redemption of the tickets awarded under Super Terminal Expo 2024.

24. These T&Cs are written in English and may be translated into other languages. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and a translated version of these T&Cs, the English version shall prevail.
