VISITORS FROM MOST COUNTRIES DO NOT NEED A VISA TO ENTER HONG KONG

The Pre-arrival Registration for Indian Nationals had been implemented on 23 January 2017.

VISA Invitation Letter Application Form
To assist your visa application, the event organisers can issue you an official invitation letter. Make sure you have performed the below 3 actions in order to get the official invitation letter.
1. Complete the pre-registration for your visit
2. Fill in below request form
3. Email [email protected] a copy of your passport
You can apply for the invitation letter through this form before September 30, 2024. After receiving the request form, the organisers will verify the information and send you the invitation letter by email within 10 working days.
It will normally take four to six weeks for the Hong Kong Immigration Department to process a visit/transit visa/entry permit application upon receipt of all the required documents. Please note the issuance of a visa is at the discretion of the Hong Kong Immigration Department.
Important:
- The show period November 5-7, 2024 should be within the indicated In/Out Hong Kong, China Date.
- Applicants are required to submit their scanned copy of passport to [email protected] after submitting in order to facilitate the invitation letter processing.
- No invitation letter will be issued if the application is submitted after the deadline, 30 September 2024.
- Please pre-register first, because you will need your registration code in this form.
