Ahmet Kursat Baltaci is the Cargo Sales Director for North East Asia at Turkish Cargo, with over 10 years of international experience in air cargo business. He began his career with Turkish Cargo in 2013, working for four years in the Planning team based in Istanbul. He then relocated to Toronto, where he served as Regional Cargo Manager for Canada for another four years, gaining valuable North American market insights. Mr Ho assumed the post of the Commissioner for Belt and Road on 1 September 2023. He is leading the Belt and Road Office under the Commerce and Economic Development Bureau to formulate overall strategy and spearhead policy in taking forward Hong Kong's full participation in the Belt and Road Initiative, and to promote the connections with relevant sectors, thereby strengthening Hong Kong's role as a functional platform in the Belt and Road Initiative. Mr. Zeyun Yang is Founder and CEO of Majestic Dragon AeroTech Co.,Ltd (Hong Kong), Dean of the Low-Altitude Economy Industry College of Tonghua Normal University, Master’s Advising Professor of China University of Mining and Technology, and a Certified Professional Engineer. Mr. Yang has over 20 years of UAV R&D, manufacturing, sales and marketing experience, and developed China’s first multi-copter UAV. He has over 120 inventions and peer-reviewed publications in this area. Mr. Yang is also a Masters Athlete (National Athletes Technical Ranking).

Mr. Wing Yeung holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Social Science in Economics. He is now the Director, Service Delivery of the Airport Authority Hong Kong. Mr. Yeung has been in the aviation industry for 28 years. He joined the AAHK in 1997 and held various management positions in airport management including airfield management, terminal operations and customer services. He is a member of the Airport Council Internation World Facilitation and Service Standing Committee and a member of Executive Committee of the Hong Kong Association of Customer Service Excellence.

Ms Jeny Yeung has been the Managing Director - Hong Kong Transport Services since 1 October 2023 and a Member of the Executive Directorate since September 2011. Ms Yeung heads the Hong Kong Transport Services Business and has overall responsibility for the railway transport operations and its commercial businesses in Hong Kong. These include the metro network, the Airport Express and the High Speed Rail. She is also currently the Non-Executive Chairman of Octopus Holdings Ltd. Externally, Ms Yeung is a non-official member of The Hong Kong Housing Authority as well as its Commercial Properties Committee and Finance Committee. She is also a member of the Hong Kong Trade Development Council Infrastructure Development Advisory Committee and the Council for Carbon Neutrality and Sustainable Development, and an independent non-executive director of Hongkong International Theme Parks Limited.

Mr. Zhang Gan is CEO of Shenzhen Fengjiang Digital Technology Engineering Consulting Co., Ltd., a senior engineer, and member of the CAAC Smart Construction Committee. As one of the core team members behind Asia's first dedicated cargo hub—Ezhou Huahu International Airport—he has extensive expertise in smart airport construction. He has also played a key role in the digital development of several major international airports in China, including those in Dalian, Nanchang, and Kunming.

Ruize Zhao has been appointed Chief Operating Officer of Cathay Cargo Terminal since September 2025, looking after the day-to-day business and long-term strategy. He is also responsible for Cathay Cargo Terminal’s intermodal sea-air cargo handling facility in Dongguan China. Cathay Cargo Terminal, a wholly owned subsidiary of Cathay Pacific Airways, is Hong Kong’s most advanced air cargo terminal. Ruize joined the Cathay Group in 2018 and has taken up senior roles for the group in Engineering, Procurement and Airline Planning at Cathay Pacific.
