Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA) is a leading international aviation hub. With the commissioning of the Three-runway System, the airport’s annual passenger capacity has increased to 120 million, strengthening its position as a major international gateway for the Greater Bay Area (GBA).

To harness emerging growth opportunities, HKIA is evolving into a vibrant Airport City. In January 2025, Airport Authority Hong Kong (AAHK) unveiled an expanded Airport City blueprint, anchored by a new brand – SKYTOPIA. This groundbreaking development will feature a diverse mix of commercial activities, popular culture, art storage and trading, yachting, entertainment, leisure and hospitality experiences.

SKYTOPIA is set to become a world-class destination, attracting visitors from Hong Kong, the GBA, Asia and beyond. It also promises enticing investment opportunities. By shaping SKYTOPIA and the Airport City, HKIA will elevate the businesses and contribute to region’ s economic growth.
