From baggage systems to autonomous vehicles, these small-group tours offer a rare, insider look at the innovation and infrastructure powering HKIA.

Air Cargo
Visit to one of air cargo terminals at HKIA – Cainiao Hong Kong Express.
Time: 11:30–12:30
Airport Operation
Visit to HKIA Brand Centre & terrace to view airport development.
Time: 14:00–15:00
Baggage Services
Visit to HKIA Baggage Hall and Introduction of Baggage Handling System.
Time: 16:00–17:00
Smart Airport Showcases
Visit to HKIA Innovation Lab
Capacity: Limited to 20 visitors per tour
Remarks: Some tours may require prior permits for access to restricted areas. Airport Authority Hong Kong will assist with any necessary applications.
